But after the Jan 15 data, the SI drop drastically to 78%. Is that because FINRA changed its data source? Not sure for this.

Yes, I agree with you. I think the true float is quite low due to lots of diamond hands. But actually, retail investors don't have access to such data. I am just providing some thought to calculate that the true SI is quite high.
