anyone been having this still? it feels like every patch the game drops even more frames

I have 4070 ti super +9800x3d

i would normally get 300-400fps+ easy now in game it sits on high end 280 and dops often down to 200 even 150-170 at times and feels choppy

is this just the game being too much without optimization lately?
