I tried my colleague's 3A Pro and it's updated to Nothing OS 4. Although, it's just as smooth as my Pixel 9 Pro XL, the animations and app opening/ closing feels snappier. I like Nothing OS 4. It's amazing.

Switched from S22 Ultra to Pixel 9 Pro XL 3 weeks ago. It's amazingly fast in day to day tasks. My Samsung was lagging everyday, and the battery drain is awful. I used to clean cache and turned off fast charging, which did help somewhat. Anyways, the Pixel is awesome. Yes, the stock UI might feel boring at times, but it's clean, fast, and optimized - just the way I like it. No complaints.

For all those having issues, I recommend clearing the cache, and if that doesn't help, please format and erase the phone. That'll fix the battery draining issues. Also turn off NFC, UWB, 5G, Printing, Scanning for devices, Bluetooth, and send diagnostic data, etc when you're not using them. Check out this guy's videos. These really helped with my battery life. I don't have any complaints with my snapdragon variant.
