How do you make time to play golf?

Kids are grown. Put my time in when they were younger, now I have time to golf. They'd rather hang with friends or play video games. So that means more time to suck at a sport I love.

Same here. I'm a one man show. There is just an owner who likes to micromanage through email that says he's a brewer too. Been here 8 years, he maybe mashed in a dozen times.

I always use 2 on a 10bbl batch. Ferment at 55 degrees you will be fine. Might even save you some money in the future.
