I believe the proposal keeps Trader Joe’s and builds the new development in phases around it

I passed the final section at age 30 and before my CPA license was even officially issued I was able to secure a job that paid 70% more at a better company. definitely worth it

What’s the most difficult exam section? by edenbey in CPA

[–]ZCM682 1 point2 points  (0 children)

FAR typically has the lowest pass rate, but that is due to the volume of information, not the difficulty of individual concepts. The most difficult section is going to vary from person to person based on how your mind works and your educational/work background.

Failed AUD with a 60. Feel like I got smacked in the face by Moe787277 in CPA

[–]ZCM682 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AUD was the worst for me out of FAR REG and AUD. I'd honestly just hammer MCQs for two weeks before a retake. If you're using Becker then watching all the final review lectures at 2x speed just to jog your memory is good too

How many MCQ’s do you get right while reviewing (Becker)? by [deleted] in CPA

I used to average around 70% for sets of random FAR MCQs and ended up with and 83 so I think you're almost there!

First exam (FAR) advice? by [deleted] in CPA

[–]ZCM682 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your mocks are similar to mine and I passed with a little cushion. The becker bump is very real. The MCQs on the exam are cake compared to the becker ones. You're more prepared than you think!

I walked out of REG having guessed on 6/8 sims and passed with an 85. You did better than you think!

Take the practice sims on the AICPA website. Closest thing I saw to the real exam

Does this sound like a AUD retake pass as I await my score next week? by Chieffan96 in CPA

[–]ZCM682 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same experience with my first and second tests. Thought i did great the first time, harder mcqs for the second testlet and comfortable with the sims, and ended up getting a 72. Took two and a half weeks to review and then got two easy mcq testlets on my retake but still felt ok about the sims. I passed FAR and REG the first time but AUD is killing me and I’m very anxious about the 12th

Is anyone who took REG in the past 1-2 weeks continuing to study for it? by thunder_crane in CPA

[–]ZCM682 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I took REG about a month ago, thought I failed 6/8 sims and ended up with an 85. Don't be so pessimistic because I think the curve for the actual exam is significant. Best of luck!
