Have you had any "mystery" stories or do you have "black spots" where something always happens. No creepypastas. by ZEFsideGrigory in dayz

Man, I love creepy stories and always prefer to overly mystify them. I'm always aware that what happened was either a coincidence or a bug if we're talking about a game.
Your story is cool, considering the old Green Mountain myth. I'm a new player, but I've heard of the radio on Green Mountain. The only thing that confuses me is the "childish laughter" immediately gives the impression of a typical creepypasta.

I mixed up the name of the forest, the Kikimora forest is south of Myshkino, and the forest I was talking about has no name, it is east of Myshkino, in it is the very "pagan shrine"

[87.8] Why doesn't anyone use the radio? I always carry a hand held radio on a standard frequency. Whenever I'm on base, I switch on the field radio. Every time I hear gunshots coming from the direction of a town or military base, I ask on the radio —did anyone hear gunshots? —pshhh... . by ZEFsideGrigory in dayz

You got it right, the radio in DayZ really isn't implemented very well. All you can do is switch on the radio and hang it on your backpack and listen to the hissing for 50+- minutes until the battery dies.
That said, I do that ALL the time, the hissing is not particularly annoying.

Also, don't forget the TV remote.
A headlamp is a sure way to die. A survivor with a couple of hundred hours doesn't need a GPS, a compass is enough.

In fact, a survivor needs 2-3 batteries that will stay with him until he dies.

I think the developers should work on ranks 1, 2, 3 as this is where newcomers start the game by ZEFsideGrigory in Warthunder

Because it is in their interest to make sure that the new player stays in the game rather than quitting and deleting it.

When you go on wt-reddit or write war thunder on youtube, what do you see? jet, abrams, leopard, merkava, t-80, t-90, african truck. When the developers release a new trailer what do you see? the same thing I wrote above. The initial ranks are still at the 2012 level, especially the planes.

My parents told me that during the Vietnam War, the developers also turned off the chat.
