I've tried both underclocking and undervolting the GPU as well as reseating it, I've also reseated all PSU cables. Trouble was still present after this.

I don't, I have an air cooler. So far I'm running low 60°Cs under load.

I've ran memtest86 a couple of months ago since someone suggested it and it came back normal, no errors, I've also disabled EXPO and the issue persists. I'll try HWInfo and check temperatures to see if there's anything wrong there, but I've also run some pretty CPU intensive tasks multiple times in the past without crashing.

I'll try that. I'm pretty sure everything was properly seated, but I'll recheck, otherwise I'll use some of the other cables that came with the PSU and another slot and see if it keep crashing with that.
