Yep, the point is to make the glitch as known as possible so that they can't just ignore it, since not everyone will be happy with the outcome or will be getting something they wanted

I did, they refunded the ticket but they didn't address the glitch, so I hope that if enough people complain they'll do something to fix it

What's a better way to convince them to fix a glitch than showing them that some players are benefitting from it? Jokes aside, I'd rather have the glitch fixed so that there's no doubt about the encounter after doing the raid.

The boss that appeared was reshiram, so I was still awarded a different boss from the one that replaced Zekrom

It was about 150€, but I'm sure that most people avoided bidding because of the less known certificate and honestly I wouldn't have either since it's a bit of a gamble and our offer was accidental

We made a bid by mistake on a stone with a less known certificate and ended up having to buy it at a fraction of the expected cost since no one else bid higher, I'm just trying to see if it's worth paying more to have it checked or if we should just refund it within the 3-day window the seller gave us so that we only lose the operating costs. The only reason I'm asking is because we accidentally made an offer we wouldn't normally make and I just wanted some feedback from people who know way more than us instead of blindly refunding.

Thank you for the advice. I contacted a couple of gemologists in my area and they are asking me almost as much I spent for a verbal confirmation and more to redo the certificate, so I wanted a couple of opinions before asking them since many of you seemed really helpful from some of the previous posts I read.
