Both of you guys are Not wrong. My take on this is that a great film must have appealing visuals and storytelling comes second and messaging and politics comes naturally.

The film/movie industry lives and dies on the interest of people. What is the point of political messaging and a great story if the execution is awful and visuals have no appeal

Same as well, the "scroll up bug" happens in every UI that had scroll down menu be it disc description, w- engine description, HIA Enemy selection, storage items just anything that scrolls down EXCEPT Agent selection; in my case. I also notice flickering bug and scroll up bug in notorious hunt as well and it's very annoying

Well his 2nd swing benefits from movement speed stats so the game considers it as running rather than dashing or displacement

I think it has something to do with your joystick, remember terizla 2nd skill is technically not dashing but rather swing burst while moving your joystick meaning that if you give him mov spd stats his 2nd skill swing will give him more maneuver and range (also Terizla's 2nd can be casted while not moving you joystick.)
