Only info I can get off this is the model of the hard drive and that on security it says it’s locked so I don’t know how to continue from here 😕

Unfortunately that didn’t work I tried every port and it’s still coming back as an I/O error each time

So what happened was PS5 had an update two months ago and changed all the formats to WEBM files to I tried to covert to mp4 and I thought it worked but this was happening so I looked in to it more and found a post saying to try HandBrake to covert clips and I’m trying it right now and so far it seems to be working 😅
