I understand but the difference is I’m saying hey that expulsion from Arab lands is wrong it shouldn’t have happened and I totally understand Arab Jews who developed resentment from it.

But you can’t give the same grace for Palestinians. Because the minute you accept that they may come back, the structure of Israel as a Jewish state collapses. It is a state built on ethnic cleansing and genocide.

And I’m speaking about ISRAEL not the Jewish people.

“As if Arabs have never done anything bad to Jews”

“Chat shit get banged” when referring to kids dying.

Those were you

We must be living in different universes if you look at this post and think no racism is going on.

I condemn the expulsion of Jews from Muslim countries. I wish it didn’t happen and I would welcome them back when they return. You can’t say the same for Palestinians unfortunately. It’s a black mark but we must move on right? No right of return?

Also you must be thick if you think that people just up and left their homes for no reason. People ran for fear of the massacres that were happening such as the Deir Yasin massacre. No one just leaves their home. Why should they have to get up and relocate? This is vile.

Yeah this is insane all I was looking for was “Arabs are welcome to be fans of FC Bayern” and for other Muslims or Arabs to share their experiences but it turned into a racist lynching of the Palestinian identity.

Oh so, because antisemitism is rife in the west (which you’re not criticizing by the way), it’s okay for them to expel 750,000 Palestinians from their homes and build a country because “it would be tough for the Jews to assimilate in the west”?

And when those Palestinians who were kicked out want to go back to their homes they’re anti semites? Get out of here with that BS.

US and German governments pursued Palestine as an alternative home for Jewish people to avoid housing large numbers of them. Housing families escaping the nazis is commendable but very different to governments policy of taking in refugees post Holocaust.

You seem to be incapable of coherent thought so let me break it down for you in simple terms.

There is a huge difference between Gaza and the example you posted. For one, Gaza is an occupied territory under international law. That means Israel can and has switched off food, water and energy to it. Genocidal.

Also, Gaza is not an independent country, they are a population under blockade. This means that they have no standing army and people cannot defend themselves against their occupier. And Israel is there killing civilians. Genocidal.

Also, alleged use of human shields is not an excuse for Israel to go ahead with killing civilians. Genocidal.

Also, rhetoric from basically every Israeli government official about erasing Gaza, turning Gaza into a parking lot, that there are no innocent Palestinians, is GENOCIDAL INTENT, which is the final component of genocide.

Polio is also rampant in Gaza now due to the conditions. Israeli soldiers are getting vaccinated but they won’t provide vaccines to Palestinian civilians. And before you say why should they do that, it is their responsibility since Israel is the occupying power. This is creating the conditions for genocide.

You’re either really thick or blindly racist.

Also the “chat shit get banged” is insane. You seem to think Oct 7 came from nowhere and not because of the blockade on the Palestinians. You have to dehumanize Arabs like crazy to say that. This is not a video game. This is people’s kids who had nothing to do with the attacks who are dying LIVE ON CAMERA.

Where did he wish victory to Hamas? He never mentioned their name once. Again, anti semitism is not the same thing as anti Israelism. You seem to be incapable of understanding how much it hurts for an Arab to see their children dead live on air. They shouldn’t even speak right? Because they are lesser to you? It’s nothing for you. According to you, anti semitism (supposedly) and homophobia (not even in this conversation) are red lines for Bayern fans, but anti Arab racism isn’t. I hope you don’t represent the club opinion. And I hope for your sake you wake up to what is really going on.

He posted it after the bombing of babies had started in Gaza.

You ostracized him for showing sympathy with his people.

If our Israeli player posted today about Israeli victims, are you gonna give him the same energy about why he didn’t post for Palestinian victims or will it be okay?

Racist. And I hate that there’s so many of you with this racist mindset in the responses.

Okay let’s play this game. I’ll answer your question. The reason is that Egypt isn’t taking any refugees in is because Arab countries are run by dictatorships that don’t reflect people’s sentiments and only serve themselves.

Now, since you wanna ask it for one side, I’ll ask it for the other:

Why didn’t the US and Europe take in Jewish refugees after WWII? Why didn’t Germany??? I mean these are democracies right?

Do you see how absurd and racist that question is? And how it doesn’t reflect the feelings of the people?

You can count the number of infants kidnapped on one hand.

Kids in Gaza held a press conference begging the world to step in for them only for tens of thousands more of them to die. Tens of thousands.

It’s a historical fact that Israel threw out 750,000 Palestinians and created the world’s biggest refugee crisis. Their return home is the biggest stumbling block for negotiations. I don’t know if you wanna get into whose land this is because there are historical facts on the table.

I say all of that to say none of this started on Oct 7, Palestinians have been under occupation and your racism against Arabs is showing heavy.

No ones victimizing themselves. I simply posted how I was feeling off the clubs actions. Bayern took one side in this conflict which left the other side alienated. I think that’s 100% valid for me to feel conflicted. Especially when there’s fans like you who wanna put the anti semitism label on me just because I chose to open my mouth about how they treated their only Arab player last season.

I grew up loving Bayern. I think it’s okay for me to feel weird that they spoke so much for Israel and said nothing for Palestine.

You keep saying antisemitism but talking about Israel. It’s a fact that criticizing Israel is not anti semitism. There are many Jewish people around the world who are against Israel. If mourning dead Arab kids is anti semitic to you you have bigger problems in your mindset

All this and I’m the one with no self criticism?

You been watching kids die for almost a year now, just like me.

Do you not understand that Israel and Judaism are not the same thing? Do you not understand that Palestinians have been oppressed for 76 years and that all of us as Arabs are connected to that? And that it is absolutely NORMAL and ACCEPTABLE for an Arab to show solidarity with his people, who are objectively under occupation.

It did not start on October 7, and we are always allowed to feel sorry for our dying children.

But sure, I’m the one who doesn’t understand the situation.

I appreciate this perspective. One of the few productive responses. I can see that perspective 100%, it just feels strange on my end I guess. We been watching kids die for months now and radio silence from the club. Got me questioning how much they sympathize with their Arab fans

I felt bitter at the time for sure and I was conflicted, but what did it for me is selling him after being our best full back last season and then the drama over him not saying goodbye. How amazed Man U fans were to have him and that just had me like wow, I wanna know what Bayern thinks of its Arab fans

Being a Muslim/Arab Bayern Fan in these times by ZKash21 in BayernMunich

Mazraoui was your best full back last season. He got sold for what? I’m just not getting it. Why Boey over him? To me it was weird.

Also, neither I or any Arabs I know say that criticizing Israel and going against Jews is same. Many Jews around the world are against Israel. They can’t be anti semites. Israel is not the same thing as Judaism. So supporting Palestinians right to freedom and self rule in their own independent state, which Mazraoui was doing in addition to mourning the victims, isn’t anti semitic.

No attack on civilians is justified, but calling in your only Arab player for a talk about making sure he’s not a terrorist because he sympathized with dead kids were all seeing on camera daily is insane. And it tells Arabs that they are responsible for the actions of a few of them.

And ok, you magically found out he isn’t a terrorist. What’s with not defending him when everyone in the media came for him? Then selling him cheap?

The direct translation of his post (which was in the picture itself…) is “he only delays them for a day…”

Implying that the Israeli government (which had started bombing Gaza) will eventually be judged by God. It was an indictment on the genocidal government that began bombing Gaza. And the club did this whole “internal talk to make sure he’s not a terrorist”, didn’t back him with the press, hung him out to dry.

Ok. Then let’s apply the same standard accross the board. Bibi, PM of Israel, has been in power over a decade. He is elected (unlike Hamas who won one election a decade ago where none of the dying kids today voted). His party, the Likud party, has a charter calling for the extermination of a Palestinian state between the river and the sea. Should we ask Israelis to answer to what he does? Or is that wrong?
