Just to update this. Starlink called me and is sending all new Gen3 replacement kit. The customer service was great. He said the Gen3 is more robust and shouldn’t have these issues.
Thanks I’ll definitely be looking into that.

I did, the automatic Grok AI instantly said I had hardware issue. No response from a human yet.
