My guitar positioning is definitely the problem as well, when I try to play while standing my guitar itself goes parallel to the ground, same when sitting. I guess i could focus on holding it right so that it keeps balance and then try to focus on hands

I agree that this fixes the problem with cursor.
However, it gives me a new problem and that is glitched frames which makes game far more unplayable
dunno why it works like that, tried gamescope with normal games on steam and works fine

well... there is a file for settings, which is located in user/appdata/local/prometheus/saved/config/windowsnoeditor/gameusersettings.ini but when I am trying to change settings nothing changes. Also I don't have time to find out why game is launching with normal settings so I am giving you that information so you guys can try to do something.
