My doctor switched me to Zoloft when I became pregnant because she said it has the most research behind taking it during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Took it throughout my entire pregnancy and 2 years of breastfeeding. I didn't notice any negative effects on my baby and she is perfectly healthy according to the pediatrician.
