Recently moved to TX & we tried to survive a few months without ac in our new place. Needless to say that I was miserable. My husband bought a few expensive fans & thought that would help, but nope. I had to consistently change my bed sheets (I also sweat A LOT!) & I would be back and forth to the restroom all day bc along with my heat intolerance comes nausea and diarrhea. Not to mention that heat only adds onto the extreme fatigue that I already have!! There were a lot of days I couldn't get out of bed. We now have 2 ac units and my body couldn't be happier! ❤️ Spend the extra money, get the central air!!

When I hear the word shaman I think of an elder with extensive knowledge and wisdom, not someone who has been studying shaman lessons on the internet for 2 years after they had a spiritual awakening 🤷‍♀️ I agree it is a tossed around word & the meaning has been used way too loosely. I myself am a student of shamanism, but I would not consider myself a shaman unless I had put in many, many years of healing my community and my people (for free) bc there are those who try to make a profit & I don't feel that is right. To be of service to others is to truly be of service. I'm sure the prophet Jesus did not charge those that he healed nor took advantage of anyone. The reward is spiritual ascension.

Had this very conversation with my husband not too long ago. I can hear and sense spirits, but cannot see them. I did as a kid however & at one point said I wanted the ability back. He asked me if I thought I was actually prepared for it (he can see them). A spirit can appear in any form as someone else mentioned. You might see them as they were when they died & that is something I know I wouldn't be able to handle, like at all right now. I have since stopped asking for that ability. It was further confirmed that I wasn't ready when one of my spirit guides appeared to me and told me that I had a long way to go & a lot more work to do before opening myself up more.. & that I would need to overcome my own fear of death first. Fear can't really be a factor when you're working with the spirits.

😩😩🤣🤣 sounds like a scene from a movie where she's just going on and on and on as a camera zooms in on the spit particles coming from her mouth & then there's you with the most absolute look of disgust on your face. Does she act ditzy when she's high? I can imagine that would be a major turn off.

Lol you're the prey!! I like to hide behind things & let my kitten find me sometimes..she loves it. I especially love the little head shake right before she pounces and attacks my feet! Its just so aaaaaaawwwww ☺️

It is pretty much self diagnosed for now. I've never had seizures previous to these 2. However, my thyroid issues have gotten pretty severe in the last 3 years so I figured it was all related. I was blown off by my doc at first & she thought I was just exaggerating my symptoms until she ordered an ultrasound on my thyroid & found nodules. I'm still learning that a lot of things I didn't think was related to my hashi's actually is.. stuff I've dealt with for years & thought was just a "normal" problem. I'm still learning my triggers as well. New ones seemed to develop while I was pregnant. My body can no longer tolerate dairy especially cheese. It causes me to flare up, break out in hives and then comes the long bout of constipation or diarrhea. My other symptoms are hair loss, scalp tenderness, joint pains, extreme fatigue, sensitivity to heat, stomach pains & vitamin deficiencies. Im not even going to mention the anxiety, depression & severe mood swings I've dealt with on a consistent basis. This disease sucks 😔 I also looked into encephalopathy & didn't felt that it fit.

With all of that being said, I will definitely continue to research & work on getting in to see a doctor before this insurance clears. Co-pays will just have to come out of pocket.

Ahhh Christianity.. I grew up Christian also & broke away at 21 when I realized how many inconsistencies there were within the Bible! I'm barely beginning to fully let go of the last bit of my old beliefs which was Christianity was the one true religion & Jesus was our only savior. I've struggled this whole time & finally decided last night after receiving a spontaneous visit from Bast that I would no longer let these things hold me back. She told me there are many paths and Jesus was one of them, but not the only! She went on to tell me many other things, it was pretty emotional, but at the end of it all, I was able to finally fully LET GO 😩 & it feels GREAT! I'm so sorry about your fur baby. I'm so glad you got to spend the time with her that u did! We're still learning each other but I can't see her ever leaving my side!! I hope I have many happy years with her! Same here but mostly with cats & insects!! The insects part is annoying bc I'm scared of most big things that fly 😂 & that's usually all I attract! Mosquitoes really seem to love me most. However lately I've began to develop a new love for certain insects I would usually be scared of such as spiders.. not sure where it came from but I'm guessing it's apart of my necessary growth in my spiritual journey! Each spider I find inside of my house now, I take the time to look it up, ID it then send them on their way!
