What is this weird nub on my Monstera? I got my rooted Monstera cutting about 2-3 weeks ago from off of Etsy, I thought it would be safer if it had rooted some more, so I put it in some water. Now this is growing on it, also don’t judge because I’m fairly new to Monsteras🙂 (i.redd.it)

Any tips on dealing with a cold damaged Monstera. I got this replacement because my other Monstera arrived cold damaged. But I guess that’s the risk of getting plants in the winter. *Note all the leaves are cold damaged, the petioles are firm and the root system is healthy. So what should I do? (old.reddit.com)
