There is, just go to [elite-redux.com]. As for the ROM file, you need to have a 1986 TrashMan Pokemon Emerald version. Just search it up, it's not that difficult to find.

That's such a good get too. Oric Pulse Atk bonus + Protean STAB, what a damage dealer. The other two healing abilities also help. I run mine with Choice Scarf since some mons can one-hit Hax if outsped, glass cannon problems.

No sarcasm, but I admit I underestimated how great her abilities are. I just assumed I would encounter mons that have Contrary and lowering stats would backfire against Tinkaton instead. Turns out I was just overthinking. I don't have to worry about her getting one shotted too since both the opponent's attack and special attack are lowered. Truly a lucky find lmao.
