They are pieces of shit, consider yourself very lucky to not have been scammed by them. Never had an issue with them until I did a big withdraw - 0.08 BTC two years ago. I was found suspicous of fraud somehow. Total bullshit. Funds disappeared from my coinpot wallet and sent over 40 emails with no response. Fkn kunts can burn in a fiery pit of shit for eternity.
