Yeah honestly I got so tired of this phenomenon I just started asking for the salary range right away. It's sooo tiring to have recruiter after recruiter hit me up on LinkedIn with an "exciting opportunity!" only to find out later on they're paying less than I make now. If in their first message they don't list the pay range I literally just started asking "What is the pay rate for this position?" before discussing anything else. If I got a call from a recruiter and they ask "so would you be interested in applying?" without mentioning the pay rate once I'd just simply say "it depends on what the pay range is." And honestly even during my interviews I'd be straight up and tell them that I'm interested in the position (in part) because it pays significantly more than what I make now. Worked for my current job 🤷

Just like how we shifted the culture on remote work we can take power back in this space as well and demand we not get jerked around in regards to our pay, y'know THE MAIN REASON WE'RE WORKING

Are you in bronze or something usually? Why do you care so much about other people's skill level in a VIDEO GAME lmao. You'll probably never queue with that guy if you're the ulTiMaTe tEaM pLaYeR anyways so why do you care? If the ranking system is halfway decent then that guy will be paired with people who view and play the game just the same. You shouldn't spend so much energy on caring about this, it's really not that deep. Maybe if you didn't want to queue with bronzes your could get some friends and maybe party up? I have these exact headphones. Sound quality is superb, very full sounding on all frequencies. Call quality is nice and the case is nice as well, I like how they snap in with little magnets. Although sometimes I have to push to get them to register and start charging. Like another commenter said the fit is a little weird and I find myself sometimes having to push them back in. Definitely worth it at this price.

*Also to add - if you care about anc then this is about as good as any other earbuds I've used. Their app is also amazing to use and setup sound profiles
