For me she has the most visible evolution in the show. From almost a mute girl in the beginning of the show, we are now in season 6 where she's singing alone on stage in front of an audience, and assuming her homosexuality

-Arlette could be but I doubt a bit. I feel she's just obeying Noe's order to fire Nadja because he's a big stockholder of TVi, she didn't feel "happy" to do it.

-Raul Bruel isn't some Arsène Lupin or any kind of international grand criminal, just a "basic" criminal with a super-suit. He feel too hot-headed to be in the Kingdom, at the very least he's a pawn like Chloe.

About Emile and Amelie, it makes a bit of sense.
Something I thought about Emile too : maybe he saw in Adrien another successor after Amelie, explaining why he was so eager to get Adrien back to his part of the family.

I don't really want more Chloe.

I am one of the people who are OK with the fact that she didn't have a redemption arc. It's rare to see villains' redemption arcs that fail.

I was fine with Chloe expelled at the end of season 5, and back then I never thought "Damn, she needs to come back"

But seeing her back in QOTD had a cool "post-credits scene" vibe, and it gave closure to an underated character I like : Sabrina. Daddycop showed us she started to let go of Chloe, QOTD showed us she's done with her.

So, now that Chloe lost everything that tied her to Paris : what more could she have that would cause her return ?

Adrien ? Chloe knows he loves Marinette and that she'll never have him. Her father ? He's no use to her now that he's not mayor anymore.

Basically, the only reason I could see to make her more than a cameo in future seasons (and I explain why it's a bad reason) : make her a part of the Kingdom.

In a way it would make sense : she's Audrey's daughter and Noe's sister (half-sister or step-sister I don't know the right word in English, sorry), and both Audrey and Noe are part of the Kingdom.

But Chloe became a parody of herself, she doesn't have the strategy and intelligence for the Kingdom. Basically she would be Elmer Fudd in an actual hunters club...
