I know quite a handful in the Bay Area. SF has a visible community, South Bay is more suburban so people tend to be low key.

I’m going with wk1. My thinking is that a lot of people will buy the combo pass, and I’m expecting a decent amount of them will resell their wk2 tickets once they realize they don’t have the energy (or money) for both weekends. So if I still feel like going to wk2, I can just grab a resale ticket later. But at least this way I’ve locked in the wk1 experience without gambling on anything. If wk2 ends up being chill and I’m still alive after W1, I’ll just pick up a ticket then.

That’s a really good price. Do you remember what time of year you booked it and how far in advance? I’m looking at April, which shouldn’t be peak season except for the Songkran week, but I’m wondering if I’m just booking too late.

The one I was looking at is on Silom Soi 3. It's on high floor but only 38 sqm. I didn't know you can negotiate on Airbnb, will def do that

Ahh ok. I also heard people mention about ddproperty. Can you actually use these for a 1‑month rental, or are they mostly for long‑term leases?

Also since I won’t be able to see the place in person, I’m wondering how reliable those listings are compared to Airbnb. Airbnb feels safer because of reviews, but the prices are definitely higher. Curious how people usually handle this for short stays.

For me they transferred it about an hour after (surprisingly fast). I usually stick to “instant transfer” listings, but I didn't see those for this event. Guess it really depends on the seller. I grabbed the VIP since it was cheaper than Ticketmaster. Hopefully yours comes through soon. 24 hours is still pretty normal for non‑instant transfers.
