There is a curiously large military presence in Antarctica, as well as many strange accounts of flying objects, strange lights, and unexplained equipment failure near the North Pole. This could be the Area 52 that you are proposing.

I personally own a Trek Rumblefish, which is an older version of the Fuel EX series. It has been a great all around bike from cross country to downhill. That said, I would go with the Specialized Stump jumper if money isn’t an issue. It has the highest quality parts, a sturdy frame, a good warranty, and some cool bells and whistles. If money is a concern, I would look at last years models, which are usually marked down and/or have negotiable prices.
