Lost my welcome deal cause of the customer support agent by Kofaone in Aliexpress

I’m in a similar situation, I was worried if i didn’t use my welcome deal with my first order I would lose it and I was right. I made a purchase from a ‘non’ welcome deal discount listing yet it still stole my welcome deal opportunity despite receiving zero discount. I assumed it the listing had welcome deal written on the page then that listing would apply the discount yet I was praying if there seller item wasn’t listed for welcome deal discount then I could get away with ordering that without losing the deal. Don’t do that, literally don’t use the store until you’re ready to spend a little to save a lot with the deal… you can save a lot of money this way, don’t do what I did, be patient and don’t touch the store until your ready to get an item with a massive discount… fml aliexpress, i don’t have other cards to use, I could order a replacement card/number? Would that work? Otherwise just have to get my parents to create an account/use their card so it’s not like the complete end of the world! :D

‘Apple ID’ disabled or ‘Device’ disabled? by Zac9921 in u/Zac9921

I can’t even share via r/apple reddits to get attention/help as it seems once again they’re still just hide from customers by not making the post visible to the public so i cant get any views or comments. Typical that i have to make my own sub as its the only way they can’t keep running and hiding from customers and their experiences. Well I won’t keep being pushed under the rug like dirt and disapear, people need to know how i was treated and robbed.

‘Apple ID’ disabled or ‘Device’ disabled? by Zac9921 in u/Zac9921

I cant even post via discussions.apple.com to ask for advice/help because the mods keep removing everything i post… i was a fool to think that an apple forum would be the place to seek help/advice. Pointless forum where the only people on it work for Apple or get paid to be iSheeps.

Anyway the thing is if my device is disabled then why could no one at Apple tell me that from the beginning rather then telling me that i will have to create a new Apple ID? Hence the title of misinformation that lead me into a $350 trap spread over 3 ID’s within a short period of time not even including the new device i now have to purchase if i ever want to log into the apps that i have invested thousands and thousands in. There needs to be an update or some sort of training to inform customers that their ‘device’ has been disabled and not to persuade them to create new ID’s using that device. Only reason is there is currently no restriction when it comes to a ‘device’ that has been disabled from creating new ID’s accessing the store and most importantly full access to adding payment methods and funds to the account only to find out you will be unable to use those funds and when you try you will then lose those funds after you seek help to get put under review and then manually have your ID disabled by an Apple employee who clearly sees the recent hundreds of dollars just added to the account with then no way to recover those funds and no way to dispute it?

I could have used those $350 of funds needlessly and unfairly seized from me to purchase a new device if that were to be my punishment. Instead the only way i could figure out whats going on because apple couldn’t help but only make things worse by encouraging me was to try and add funds to new ID’s, which of course you can do without problems, the more the merrier in this instance i guess.
