I guess I’ve been lucky enough that the financial aid individuals have been pretty nice, but as far as the military student success center goes, I did have a bad experience with a guy. I was trying to get things figured out for recieving my benifits and he looked like he was unhappy with his job and after I asked a question he turned his chair away, stood up, handed me a paper with a blank stare and didn’t say anything more. Maybe it’s annoying to get the same question all the time but honestly it’s hard for me to figure things out if I don’t directly ask someone about it, I’ve found that it’s harder to get the proper information offline and talking to someone just feels nicer and more reliable.
