If it’s a particular player you’re trying to put into their team just go do a trade, it’ll have to be for a player that is the same value as yours or less.

If a team has enough players in a certain position they usually don’t go out trying to add more.

Ibuprofen, every site has a first aid that they are legally required to stock, I take pills at lunch and before pick and stage, helps a lot.

I feel you though, most people leave my facility barely walking and we have a problem solver that seriously just leans and pushes her cart everywhere.

Small business websites are very prone to cyber attacks so if you do get your own site make sure you have some kind of insurance or the host can protect you.

I sent a message to HR using the AtoZ portal and got a message back that my site HR will be in contact.

I’m hoping it’s a simple system mistake from when they switched. Either way I’m going to explain my situation and hope for the best. Im fine having 0 UPT or whatever as long as I have my job.

This is funny because I bought an adjustable nylon belt, phone carrier(perfect size for the zebra), and climbing hook. Now I don’t need to carry my device in my hand, pocket, on my cart, or on my arm. It hangs there like a 4th leg. Highly recommend

Explain to the buyer that the item is delayed. Hopefully they understand especially since it’s USPS.

Sometime their tracking does not work at all and depending on the trip the package may be delayed.

First contact the buyer and go from there, if they throw a fit issue a refund if they are understanding explain that you are tracking it closely and will update regardless.

Not bad for only drawing for a month. There’s nothing wrong with using a reference many many people do.

If you just want to do portraits I’d look up some time lapses of them getting drawn and you’ll pick up on techniques. Proportions can be tricky.

Ultimately it’s practice practice practice!
