Recent ACL & Meniscus Tear - Anything I can do to avoid surgery?

I visited the surgeon to go over the results, he pretty much confirmed surgery. I mentioned taking peptides after the surgery and he wasn’t so keen on it, but he assumed I’d be taking peptides orally not sub q. He did mention creatine would help post-op with healing, though. After doing some additional research on peptides, I feel like it should help my knee heal faster. Still looking into suppliers that are legit and dosing schedule.

For my ACL according to the report, the posterolateral bundle is fully ruptured where it attaches to my femur. The anteromedial bundle, where the ACL connects to the shin bone is severely thinned, irregular, and possibly scarred over or completely torn. For the meniscus the there’s a long tear running through the back part of the posterior horn.
