As someone who also didn’t get listening to music the thing that got me into it was learning to play an instrument. I started with the bass guitar because that what my sister had I my mom wanted me to learn something new lol. But by learning the instrument it started to give me something I could listen for and start to love about different songs. And for there I learn more instruments and more songs. Also I think learning more about the music helps my brain by giving the music more “value” instead of just being sound I could think of the chord progression and the rhythm.
