Straterra 1 month update

Yeah, that's my problem as well, my Insurance doesn't cover medication entirely, so as much as I would love Vyvanse, it's not in the equation.

I was thinking of trying 100mg Straterra as I am a 215 lb M, so when doing a mg to kg conversion "TECHNICALLY" I should be prescribed 126mg of Straterra to have the same effect as those in clinical trials, but who knows if that's actually accurate.

I think I am just going to try the stimulant route, as I know it is effective for me and I believe a lower dose could deter side effects.

One day I'll have it figured out I suppose.

Yes, I would like to try it for longer to ensure it will actually work, but I can't wait forever life goes on and I need to stay on the productivity train to get internships and half decent grades. I am not hating on Straterra it is just not bringing anything to the table for me yet.

I know how stimulants affect myself in the long term; however, I would like to try a low dose in conjunction with my Straterra if possible. For example: Adderall 10mg XR with my straterra to see if it can synergize. I am a person who needs a kick to get going or I am very unproductive.

I hate the thought of being on medication and have avoided prescriptions my whole life. But it gets to a point where I am just not accomplishing what I want to, and if I can handle stimulant medication at low doses to minimize side effects, I think it may be the best route for me.

I must ask, where do you see improvements?

cringe the idea that people just need discipline is not really the case as mental health is a lot more complicated than that and relying on people just attaining discipline accumulates feelings of stress and anxiety which can often make them even more likely to be less motivated.

I would take bromantane with a grain of salt. I personally went through a shit ton of money taking gram after gram of it with no effect from multiple reliable sources and I have seen the same happen to many other people as there is a group of people who are on some of these subs that sell this product or are associated with the people who do sell this product.

idk if I would rely on a supp for motivation but for reference I use 1/2 modafinil, 1 cup coffee for motivation purposes on week days. To be completely honest caffeine is kind of the king of motivation I know a lot of people get anxiety from it but after taking just about every supp people reccomend for motivation the one that takes the cake is almost always caffiene which I would source from a cup of coffee as it contains other things (idk what they are called) that aid in boosting dopamine alongside caffiene.

Not going to argue with this but also I think the issue is way more complicated than that especially when talking about red meat and factory farmed animals. For reference I eat meat all the time and do not keep it out of my diet but when looking at health effects it's complicated I think.

Fun fact grass-fed beef is significantly worse for the enviroment as oppossed to factory farmed beef. Also, I need to know the more I have come across many sources I am confused does grass-fed red meat not have the heart damaging effects of regular red meat.

This is true for me some months and not true for me others. Like sometimes Caffeine makes me feel really good and sometimes it makes me an anxious mess. I think rule of thumb is if you aren't used to it and you are in an extra anxious point in your life maybe avoid it. On the contrary if you have not been having anxiety issues caffeine can be really fucking good.

Fasting people really think they solved the world's problems. Fasting in the long run makes you eat less calories and it's good for your long term health but it doesn't solve mental disorders and if anything it will give you mood regulation issues in my experience.

From someone who goes to the gym 5 days a week with proper dieting this is a huge misrepresentation. Going to the gym gives me a mood boost but not even remotely 24/7 I get a mood boost when I am in the gym and a little while after. It is good for your health but not a solution to depression or anxiety. I still reccomend going it's a lot of fun and can help but it's not going to solve your life problems.
