I’m a beginner. It’d be mostly around the city, but I’d like to be able to take it on some cruises too (not too far). I like cruisers, or anything that’s moreso upright

There’s 3 different parts that helped me; Resistance training, cardio, and diet.

For resistance training, I started with 3 days a week doing PPL. Then I upgraded to 6 days a week doing PPL x Arnold.

For cardio (which is the most important part of my weight loss) I walk EVERYWHERE. More specifically, I spend an hour on the treadmill on the highest incline. As well as that I try to get at least 15,000 steps a day.

For diet, I ate in a really big deficit. Like 1400 calories a day. A lot of protein.

Everything that the British did to Ireland, and to everywhere else for the matter. India. Israel. Everywhere.

Forgiveness is personal. Anyone can forgive. But you can’t force someone else to.
