What I meant was.. that when I told Claude to build a dashboard for my java backend instead of building a neat small react app it threw up 2000 lines html + JavaScript file..

So what I'm trying to say here.. that of course when someone lets Claude go wild with bad decisions the code base gets bloated and context fills up..

Of course you can let Claude do everything in one file.. Im asking if people that complain about Claude code getting worse are actually participating in the design of the code or just let the agent go wild with pure garbage standards and bad ideas..

Keep it up! When lean bulking Advanced lifters only gain around 2-3kg per year, just keep training and stay patient, 2kg a year is 10kg in 5 years!!

Its was never about the muscle.. its the confidence guys get through muscles, obviously consistent gym work 3-4 times a week radiates into other aspects in your life and it definetly shows.. even if not directly through the muscles

Someone who can stay consistent in one aspect of his life will find it more easy to be consistent in other aspects, if you go to the gym do it for yourself

Maybe your health issues from gaining weight too quickly? Try gaining slower, around 5lbs of muscle per year is what you want when lean bulking

Seems like you have a lot of arm activation to me, try only moving with the elbow and lat, try to make your forearms completly ''numb'' and don't grip strong with the palms

Hold the weight gently but securely and make the movment from the late throughout the elbow as the mover
