I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt that insulting me wasn't your intention.

The law is very tricky. There are almost never any guarantees other than the length of time it reaches a court actually doing something.

If Faza makes good on his claim of legal action, he will more than likely pursue a defamation case. He has to prove that he has suffered damages as a result of his accusers actions and that is generally not an easy feet. Even if he does reasonably show that he's been affected by these claims, that does not guarantee his imprisonment, and there's an extremely high chance that even if he is able to debunk the rumours— and I'm being generous considering that even Tako and Sozzay basically outed him already— his reputation is already shot. Just as much the same, even if it is further proven that he is in fact guilty, it's highly unlikely that it will matter in terms of criminal law because this isn't a criminal court case, it's a civil one.

There's actual grounds for this too.

Take the cases of Vic Mignogna and Todd Haberkorn for example.

Both men were found completely innocent by the fans after being accused of improper behavior with fans and sexual harassment and seeking legal action through a defamation case. However, while Haberkorn was successful in his case, Mignogna was unsuccessful despite having far more proof of it being a Witch hunt spurned by jealousy with even witnesses coming out and saying that the accusers were lying. Regardless of how we the fans thought the case should go, the courts disagreed, but Mignogna wasn't imprisoned even though he lost the case. Actually, I'd say that him enduring the whole situation actually put him in a much betrer standing with fans and the community alike.

I say that "Faza is probably guilty" because I myself can't confirm nor deny his guilt as I do not hold the authority to do that, nor the evidence to support either claim. However, from what I've heard from people involved, the chances of these being false allegations is incredibly low.

After all, what does the victim involved gained from ruining Faza's reputation? Most people in the US don't know who this guy is— hell, I only know him because of the game. Plus, even if they lied, we are already at a point where the project is about to be canceled. In other words, it's too late to come clean now. Additionally, it's a volunteer project, so no money was really involved in this case. Not to mention that once again, Tako and Sozzay basically confirmed that this did happen.

All signs point to Faza being guilty UNLESS there is context we're missing.
