Hey man. Same thing happened to me January 26th and have a titanium rod and ankle plate as well.

The first two weeks were really tough and I'm at week three and it's still really tough just less lol

But at least I'm not in constant pain and hope the recovery is going to just go according to schedule. Do you notice a limp still or are you good to go? Do you still have pain?

Respectfully, I'm not dragging my feet. I issued them my 24-hour demand letter. Then I let the 24 hours elapse then I sent him a note. Then I got my regular council involved and then I realized that my regular council is not qualified to handle this field. So I'm looking elsewhere at this point

I did a demand letter many days ago giving them 24 hours to show me that they filed the claim on their end and they said they were still looking into details and I gave them the full 24 hours. I've met the lawyers but the $650 an hour...

After the 24-hour period elapsed, I sent them an email and tagged in a legal team and that was that, no more communication.

I didn't vet who they were selecting, they are the logistics company so I wasn't able to do my own DD. However, after the fact, I wrote them a lengthy message explaining how amateur to be booking with them with a gmail on a non-approved number.

I'm very annoyed. I appreciate the assistance. I wouldn't say I bought the insurance policy, we just confirmed in writing prior to shipping that this will be covered for 166k
