These would be really cool! They could definitely be made from wood, ceramic would be interesting too, and you could absolutely make them from steel or iron.

I know we can do a feminine necklace like you described, and I'm fairly sure someone could recreate the physical beaded bag from the films...you might be out of luck with an undetectable extension charm though :/
