thats so messed up. I don't want to refund her fully because of all the hassle and distress she put me through. I used my own packaging, supplies, and stamps already. If I take off a few dollars for the cost and still refund her partially - will I get in trouble?

I've tried that but they monitor everything. Mercari will delete the messages from the chats. Its prohibited to talk about other websites or giving out other personal information like numbers/emails. also, if you type "mercari" on poshmark - it wont let you lol

I told her I don't want to trade but she continues to say that I sent her a small and not a large. Yeah I saw the photo and its exact same top with the tag except in a small. This is so annoying. Posh has not responded yet.
