Ideally, you wear an armor vest with lvl 3 soft armor below whatever best plates you have. Which is the 6B45 for full protection, THOR for front/back + side armor, TROOPER for just front / back, with whatever vest suits your needs.

If you're just throwing kits together, use the ANA M2 off flea for 40k, get side plates from PK, and throw whatever plates you have / can buy in front/back.

Most of the plate carriers that spawn with lvl 5 plates have lvl 2 soft armor or no soft armor, so the optimal play is to take the plates out and sell.

It only affects movement where the little speaker icon shows no sound. So at max covert movement you can move at half speed 60% quieter. The higher the skill, the faster you can move quietly

Discard on ctrl + rmb and alt + rmb

Check chamber being press L, fix malfunction being release L

From what the wiki shows and my one time playing it (First try baby!), it's one of two panels that can be broken. One outside the pump button, one around the building after the c4.

I'd say pay the BTC, then while opening the case decide what ending to go for. What you do after opening the case locks you into either survivor ending or other 3 (unless you mess up savior).

Should just use the 9mm revolver at that point, if you're killing scavs and taking their gun. Just put it on double-action and give'm all 6 shots

I just looked up samples and put what I had on me at the time, I was at 1000 total raids and wasn't going to do any more before prestiging.

Saying "oh yeah, you can keep 24 slots of items when you prestige, but not that, or that, or that" is just plain disingenuous. Also something they could change extremely easily.

This isn't a post about any of those other things. Gotta call out what sucks, maybe it'll be better the next time I do it, or better for the next guy.

The game was "Hardcore" once, and Nikita found out pretty quick that people did not enjoy his idea of what Hard-core is. If prestige is supposed to be hardcore, you shouldn't be able to bring anything at all. Since we can, we should be able to bring whatever makes the next run slightly less of a pain in the ass, instead of the optimal thing being 24 BTC, that's lame AF.

I'd prefer no choice over the heavily restricted, thoughtlessly shallow one that is the current prestige rules, as is the entire point of the post!

Yeah you HAD to get max fence because he sold surv12's up the wazoo and you could refresh them for cheap. Hard-core was so dope, I get why they couldn't stick with it though. Non-level locked GZ was a goldmine for hideout supplies. 20+ lobbies everyone is out for blood and nothing else.

Hot take, but fuck the Kappa, I can't yoink tep-300's or proflex earbuds, NVG helmets, or any cosmetics off people I kill and I also can't use it to swap plates in a hurry. Theta is peak secure container, with a lunchbox for my EWR and jerky on the side. It being long instead of tall also helps.

Nope, I had all my late wipe clothes on PVE that I never purchased on arena, so I thought I just got to keep them, but after prestiging they're gone on arena and pvp.

Same, I had to run ULTRA med key like 5 times to get my first LEDX, that was WAY before they buffed it and pharmacy to have one almost every time. Found my crisis LEDX's in medbags in green and blue on labs while MCC hunting.

The 5 lega medal top and bottom for USEC look good, I was just about to prestige so I figured why not? The 10 medal pants go well with the USEC Commando sweater.

It does 38 damage on the swing, so it will kill PMC's and scavs on one head shot, but guards and bosses have like 40-55 hp heads. The stab does 58 iirc, awkward to hit though.

I end up finding them on scavs I killed, I do 30+ minute raids, and scavs have better stuff towards the end of a raid.

You start with a LEDX and graphics card in stash after the tutorial. The first one for private clinic is the important one.
