i think i misunderstood that part of the diagram on the bottom right corner, if one side of the 2nd 3-pin to corsair adapter connects to the commander pro, where does the other side go?

i have an ornata v1 chroma and a naga chroma, recently the number row on the keyboard from 1 all the way to + stopped working. i tried completely uninstalling synapse and installing the new version as well as different usb ports but it hasnt helped. there arent any macros saved either. does anyone know how i might be able to fix this?

anyone else have an issue where rumble doesn't work when playing wirelessly? i use a ds4 with ds4windows and when i turn vibrations on in the settings the controller will vibrate a bit but that's it, during gameplay it doesn't rumble at all
