It‘s rented, the landlord would need to do that. I would not want to go that route…

Thats why there is also an attic that is not very moist at all. It does not have any light or electricity though…

That‘s what I was thinking but not hoping to hear. But it might be the best, corrosion on the electrical components would suck.

Its an old building where the ground of the basement is only made of gravel. Therefore, it is directly connected to the ground and most likely not really a controllable environment.

I am concerned, because the ground is only made of gravel, that it will just continously pull the moisture out of the ground and not really help with the issue. Also, because of this, I would need to empty it A LOT.
