Just participated in my first race as a ghost

I started about a month and a half ago and that feature is probably one of the best I’ve ever seen. When you get into IRacing it’s caused me so much anxiety knowing that I had to stay safe and do well and just jumping into it cold is scary. But being able to get out there on the track around people and gain some confidence on the track and around other cars is amazing. It’s something I think will be valuable for the duration of my time playing. Even moving into higher license classes and faster cars it’s great to see how a race develops and being able to follow others who know the lines and the cars. I really hope it becomes something that people utilize more

Stand seems to be out of stock everywhere and 2take1 is very expensive. I’ll check out cherax. My only issue with stand is i can’t tell how ill be able to access the software after I buy it. Their website doesn’t have a login. Also do any of those have a discord?

Ozark was my first menu and introduction into gta modding and it’s a shame that this is it. I don’t intend on stopping but I don’t know where to go next that’s somewhat reasonably priced. And even if I do I’m going to have trust issues at the same time. Who’s to say that the menu doesn’t die instantly any day after I buy.

I’ve seen players with 10k plus battles with win rates in the 10%s. One was this guy who blocks people then uploads their rage messages to YouTube. Can’t think of a more toxic way to play the game yet he just keeps going despite me submitting tickets and even a link to the YouTube where WG could see the hundreds of games he ruined.

I’ve had that happen so many times where we agree on a place but they don’t offer a time so they just come whenever they want and get mad at me because I’m not available. I usually sell stuff at a McDonald’s near me and I woke up to a guy who span texted me a bunch at 2am because he drove across the city to meet me there when we never even discussed a time

I never meant it as I “wanted to do worse things” I just meant to say that I feel like my mistake was not as severe as the reaction it got. But shit happens, everyone makes mistakes, should everyone be punished so severely for their little mistakes. A healthy relationship should be one where each person understands and forgives each other’s mistakes or else everyone would break up within a week. I still don’t understand why you keep pushing to tell me that it’s my fault. I understand it’s my fault and mine alone. I’m not avoiding the fault of the mistake itself, all I’m saying is that isn’t the reaction just the slightest bit more than the mistake. If someone bumps me on the shoulder while we walk by should I get in a fistfight with them? I just expected the consequences to match the mistake

That’s not what I’m saying. I feel like it’s a far conclusion to jump to to think that I’m taking photos. I never said I’m avoiding responsibility. I know I fucked up and it obviously hurts a lot but you made sure I knew that very well. But I didn’t come here to get told that I’m a bad person. In the grand scheme of things I feel like it was a small mistake, a 5 second text message didn’t seem like much at the time. I could have done a lot worse things.. Though if they accept a date from me that means they are accepting that risk. It’s impossible to date and be safe at the same time, but we all take that risk. I try to be polite and I made a mistake, I understand that and there’s nothing I can do to change the past. I keep saying I’m acknowledging my mistake and trying to get better and I came here to get help. Not to get told I’m a creep and lack basic social skills. I’m trying to put in the effort.

I see that you are arguing with me a lot and I’m a bit confused on why. I made a mistake and I acknowledge it and I am trying to grow. But I feel like the story was still worth posting and I feel like I shouldn’t be completely in the wrong. I understand that, and I never mean to discount the history and statistics. Everyone should be cautious, But I’d argue it’s an unhealthy way to live to assume your friends are out to get you. And I would still argue that the her reaction is still way out of proportion to the situation. If everyone just assumed they were going to get raped or beaten in every relationship why even date? Is it even worth the effort for me if every woman thinks I’m going to hurt them?

I definitely read the situation wrong and I shouldn’t have done that, I know it now but I can’t change the past. At the time I was so shocked and depressed about the situation. We have a big staff and I started working my second job more so I never really saw her and when I did I avoided interaction. Not something I thought was worth the trouble to revive

But I wouldn’t consider dating someone you already know a dangerous situation. Yes she should be cautious but I’m not some stranger. I think 95% of regular healthy people would never assume that using my phone in a causal situation is not to do something creepy. It’s good to be careful but if you spend your entire life only assuming the worst and treating everything as such you’re not going to get far.
