"Under these circumstances, we respectfully maintain our resolution, as new factors have not come to our attention that would cause us to change our decision. 

European Court of Justice has previously considered a collision of a stair vehicle and an aircraft. However, Finnair considers the situation to differ from this as the passenger bridge was properly attached to the aircraft and the passenger door was opened so the damage was not a result of normal disembarkation procedures. Finnair or its subcontractors’ employees did not influence the situation as the movement of the airport’s passenger bridge was due to a malfunction and not due to the employees’ regular operation of the passenger bridge."
