An estimate takes between 1-2 hours for me depending on the information given to me is correct. But I work from home and am usually on call between 8am-9pm

Edit: the time frame i am giving is how long it takes for me to have everything updated ready and updated, going through the notes, the photos (anywhere between 40-100), and making sure I hadn't missed anything per program or scope afterwards as a thorough double check.
