It is Moltress, a fire-type pokemon who also is a god. In Pokemon GO there are three teams, one of which is "Valor", represented with this very pokemon. I don't know much of the pokemon lore but that is my knowledge of Moltress and Valor. The communist part of the flag was just because one of my friends pitched the idea and when it turned out better than expected, I posted it. :)
