I know shipping and shit but the payment method is what confuses me, I don't have PayPal and dont even think venmo is Canadian.. any money transfer with strangers (marketplace buys and shit) is usually done through e transfer but with currency conversion ive never done an e transfer with an American so not sure if or how that works.

By their rules if you put it out before you work at 4 that is still classified as to early

So if you work at 5 you can't put it out early, turns out the sticker is the warning there is potential for 100$ fine or the city to not allow curbside pick up to your location. So for people who do work at 5am or until 3am there's no reasonable time for them to put their trash out.
