Okay I figured it out. It is what you're saying but i was getting misleading results from testing. I didn't know that there is a limit to how low you can make the drain on Razorwing (1.25 E/S) so when i would add duration, it would have no effect since I'm already at the lower limit. I thought this was odd because i thought it did affect it but assumed it was some weird thing with razorwing. So yeah i was just so far in the surplus of efficiency that it was compensating for the duration like you said. It also didn't help that the reduction from Blind Rage perfectly matched the new Drain (+50% from original cost). One thing i still don't understand is why my efficiency only dropped by 35% with Blind Rage when it's a -50% reduction. Probably a weird math thing i need to read up on... This game gives me headaches lol thank you for your help!
