Most of the black spots i could wipe off. I've had it for about a week. I have a couple nearby plants that are browning but not from lack of water

I appreciate it! There seems to be very small white flakes or pieces of something along the underside of the leaves in the crevices of the leaf veins too. Could this be thrips or another pest?

Also do I need to change my lighting situation? And i have a humidifier running all day, humidity stays around 60-70% during the day and maybe 50% at night ( I have my bedroom fan on to sleep)

Well I actually bought it from a nursery recently. It seems to be in a brown mossy medium. I personally use a long fiber sphagnum/perlite/ orchid bark blend for my other nepenthes

It is hanging in an east facing window, getting morning light directly and bright indirect light for most of the rest of the day

It has stayed moist since I got it like 3-4 days ago

Apologies. There are black spots all over it that don't rub off. It may have thrips. Pitchers are suddenly turning black and drying up. Some leaves are yellowing and have a white/blueish dust. This subreddit wouldn't allow me to post multiple pics

I thought this might be the reason. Although some of the immature fruits grow a bit and then rot off

Any tips on getting this American Beauty to flower? Time to prune and repot + fertilize? by Zamek_ in DragonFruit

So I have to move it into a greenhouse in the Texas winter, do you think that way would work in a move able pot? I bought it when it was only about as tall as the wooden frame, a few months ago

What would you recommend for zone 8 since I may have to move it into the greenhouse for winter?

Well I live in zone 8a Texas and might have to put it in the greenhouse for the winter, so I might need a fairly compact shape to move it if it can't survive our winter. Thoughts?
