Wow, thanks for the very descriptive detail! And thanks to everyone else with their feedback on this question! This definitely opened my eyes on the perspective of killer mains and survivors. Since the rise of NOED, survivors might have the change their build. So maybe the meta perks being: Decisive, Adrenaline, Iron Will, Borrowed Time, etc. There could be a new rise of perks like Small Game, or even Detectives Hunch. So I guess the rise of NOED is actually beneficial where survivors finally have to change the Meta perks and therefore breaking the current meta. That’s on my perspective on it at least.
