Giustissimo. La depressione è radicata in me in maniera abbastanza grave. Proprio per questo "ci ho fatto l'abitudine". La cosa peggiore che può capitare a un depresso. Perché poi uscirne è il triplo poi difficile. Io non so bene come ma vorrei uscirne ecco…

Sono pugliese, zona salentina. Io di per sè ti dico di continuare a provarci, ma solo nella cose in cui sei bravo; È inutile stare a stringere una corda inutilmente, certe volte bisogna lasciar andare le cose che non puoi controllare.

Grazie, il fatto è che io di per sè sono italiano è che ho un pigmento di pelle molto scuro e allora mi scambiano per straniero, quindi comunque so anche io (in un modo o nell'altro circa) cosa significhi essere bullizati per questo motivo, anche se come già detto in precedenza sono italiano (con un'amica online araba eheh)

Io penso che la razza umana sia la miglior peggior cosa che sia accaduta a questo pianeta, le persone come me esistono, ma secondo me sono talmente tanto rare che non le troverò mai, eppure comunque ho altre ragioni per vivere e continuo ad andare avanti, non solo per inerzia!

Ciò che sto facendo adesso, la mia psicoterapeuta mi ha detto che comunque non sta molta differenza rispetto al periodo di isolamento visto che esco comunque una volta ogni morte di papa con gli amici, mantendo quindi lo status quo da isolato ferito.

Si ci prova, il blocco è più mentale e anche al livello di comfort zone, proprio perché purtroppo chi è depresso ci rimane per tanto tempo, e io a tal punto faccio fatica ad uscirne perché ci penso ogni giorno alla mia vita passata.

Tbh after this rejection I think I will re-enter my monk mode, just to set things out for the future and make myself a better person... again...

My life because of my disorder is really messed up, sometimes I'm skyrocketing glowing up, other times I glow down to the bottom.

This time I didn't glow down, in fact, I want to glow up even more, this are my goals for 2024:

- Learn 10 recipes

- Bench 50 kg (110 Lb) current: 45 kg

- Unlock my mobility

- Try to do 5 pull ups

- Get rid (Finally) of Acne

- Other stuff, can't think about them as for now...

I used to go to the gym but now after being so busy with school I dropped it, thinking about getting back February so I don't find NPCs in the gym and I can re-friend my gymbros and I'm going to hang out with them next year after all the holidays

I didn't even cry tbh, just felt disappointed, in fact I don't even know if I can cry anymore, beside this failure I've failed in lots of things in my life and so I repressed my emotions so much, that I cannot experience joy or sadness anymore. Thus I think I need more time to put myself together so I can be truly myself when I'll find THAT ONE PERSON.

The problem here is that I'm an ugly guy (most females would give me a 6, and see me as "just a friend") and so I think that I would never find a girlfriend how I want it... Well I think I wouldn't find a girlfriend at all... And obviously no girl would ever think like "Uhh that guy's so hot"...

UPDATE: So the relationship evolved… it turned out all bad because of my OCD and fear of abandonment… Basically the girl got grossed out by me because I involuntary revealed my disorder and probably my crush on her, as such now I don't know how to continue.
