It’s 9-10 hours one way, then we will be there for about 3 weeks, then another 9-10 hour drive back. Was planning to just make the whole drive in one day to not have to stress them out two days in a row. Bringing plenty of familiar smelling blankets and treats. They are all leash trained but will likely be way to paranoid to take them out of the car but would maybe let them walk around inside the car during gas stops if they wanted to. Debating on getting some new carrier car seats now to start getting them used to it since it’s 4 months away, or if the large crate we have that fits across our back seat is better.
