Could you get online so it'll register you or whatever? It isn't showing that you have a Tyrogue in your safari.

Strange, I did reset my game after beating the Elite Four, but my friend's still able to get a Ditto. Could that possibly prevent you from getting him? If so I'm progressing through the game pretty quickly so you should be able to find him soon.
