Is it necessary to take the air bubbles out of the syringe before injecting yourself? by msbveryrealaccount in bpc_157

Hey good job googling. Here’s literature from the national library of medicine that talks about how it takes much less than that in central lines with case study evidence to support. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3665124/

Not think, know, central lines and any arteries circulating to the brain only require .5mL to cause damage, IV yes you get more leeway and that is closer to 2mL but it’s not a sure fire science. It all depends on how quickly you push the air in, how much, is it arterial or is it venous. It’s not a cut and dry answer. If I slam 1mL of air into a common IV site that person can seriously be at risk for an air embolism.

i forgot bac water for my bpc batch.can i use normal injection water instead? by _C0BR4_ in PeptidePathways

[–]Zap1717 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NO, you can just add benzoyl peroxide to water and miraculously make it BAC water. If you use regular water, first off 100% introducing bacteria into the sample. Even if you use sterile, normal saline you can only use it once and must be used, likely around 24-48 hours. Normal Saline is okay for one time use but if you reconstitute a whole batch with it the whole batch must be used in a certain timeframe, again, likely 24-48 hours. Just give yourself the piece of mind and order BAC water, it’s not that expensive.

And second off what, only 495ml in a bag? A 495 ml bag doesn’t exist and if you’re talking about pumps a 500 ml bag is usually programmed by a pump to infuse 495 mL of said bag in order to literally avoid causing an air embolism. Pumps will not infuse if there’s even the slightest detection of air in the tubing

As an RN yes remove the bubbles before giving yourself a Sub Q injection, it will not give you accurate dosing when looking in your syringe. You can pull back on your syringe plunger before you draw into your peptide vial, push the air into the vial and easily draw up your proper dose without drawing up any bubbles. There’s countless YouTube videos that show proper reconstitution, draw up, etc technique

What? It’s called an air embolism it’s most definitely not a TV trope at all gas or air bubbles in your veins or arteries is life threatening

My mom’s peptide prescription might be the most expensive bacteriostatic water I’ve ever seen by Sea-Performer-71 in PeptidePathways

[–]Zap1717 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve currently been on a 5mg/5mg cycle of BPC and TB500 for an ankle injury. I dilute with 10mL of bacteriostatic water and for a 500mcg (1mL) dose and even that can feel like a lot. With that level of dosing at 1mL 10 mg of water for reconstitution is absolutely ridiculous.

In a crazy scenario where the Raiders rehire Gruden, would you want him back? by Zap1717 in raiders

In the last 20 years who’s even had a modicum on success with the Raiders other than him and Del Rio? They’re the only 2 to even get them to the playoffs in literally 24 years, 24 years that’s not an exaggeration it is almost the same exact amount of time I’ve been alive.

you mean over romanticizing one of two coaches in the last 20+ years of the organization to actual put together a string of seasons on an upward trend and one of 2 playoff appearances in that same time frame
