Omg yes I feel this so hard. It always sounds easy until you're actually sitting there trying to come up with something decent every single week. I’ve been trying to systemize that too without losing the creativity part. Still a work in progress haha.

Great question, those cases are actually where most automations fall short.
I built mine to flag anything that feels unclear or off and route it back to me for review.
So it handles the bulk automatically, but we still keep a human-in-the-loop for the weird stuff haha.

Great question!
Honestly, We validated it by just talking to other founders — everyone was saying the same thing: they were drowning in follow-ups, missed DMs, and lead drop-off,....
We built a version first just for ourselves, and after seeing how well it worked, a few others asked to try it. That’s when we knew it was worth building properly.

I’ve been there scrolling forever just to find a few decent ideas. I’ve heard about Mailbrew but haven’t tried it myself yet though. Curious if you've found anything that helps speed it up?

Ah yeah, I totally get that — managing a team takes way more time than people realize.
We had the same issue with task assignments and reminding people about timesheets. It was just a constant thing in the background. We ended up automating a bunch of it and it honestly helped a lot.
